How do I book a studio?
Open the studio, pick your dates and pay on ArtBaan. The exact address comes once the booking is confirmed, and the chat with the host opens.

Ask a host to swap studios for some dates. They accept, decline or suggest other dates before the request closes. A week before, you both confirm you're still on. Everything about it is in your chat with them and in Today.

Open the booking or swap from Today or Going and cancel there. For studios, what comes back depends on the studio's cancellation policy (shown before you book) and how close to the start you cancel; it's all in Refunds and cancellations.

On the event's page. Your ticket is in Going, and everyone going is in the event's chat, where the host's messages come first.

From the event's page, any time before it starts. For paid tickets, each event shows its refund rule under the price: a full refund up to 1, 3, 7 or 30 days before, or no refunds.

Always shown before you pay: a small service fee for guests, and a fee kept from hosts' payouts. Member halves the service fee; Pro and Institution pay no fees at all. See Plans.

Studio rentals about 24 hours after check-in (monthly for stays of 28 days or more); events about two days after they end. Set up payouts in Account and settings.

Profiles show once they're complete and pass a quick automatic check. Your menu (your photo, top right) shows the next step under “Finish your profile”.

Both are in Account and settings. Deleting asks you to confirm first; we keep only what the law requires.

In the chat, open Details: Block stops them messaging you (they aren't told), and Report sends the chat to us to review. Block is in one-to-one chats; group and event chats have Report.
