'Slowly, tenderly and let yourself melt' is an invitation to slow down, to rest, to allow yourself a moment of relaxation in a world saturated with agitation. Through a series of colourful drawings and textile sculptures incorporating anti-stress balls, I offer a sensory experience based on softness, suppleness and repetitive gesture as a method of emotional regulation. The soft materials, rounded shapes and soothing colours form a plastic language centred on care, the body and inner listening.
