OrBiT Lab

OrBiT Lab is a global co-learning and practice community that puts ecological and systemic care into action. We see observation, research, co-presence and expression as a path toward continuously renewing knowledge and lived experience. In a present where cultural, technological and ecological structures are endlessly interconnecting, we attempt to re-map how the world is understood. We believe that issues such as food, care, soil, community, algorithms and commercial ethics should not be viewed in isolation from one another. Instead, we want to find the roots that connect them to each other and to ourselves, and together build an open, flowing network of knowledge. Through ongoing dialogue and practice, we guide participants toward a way of thinking that unites creativity with critical reflection, and on that foundation, generate pathways of action capable of responding to the many possible futures of the world.
